I just wanted to say this toy was awesome for a very long time. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that this and many of my Spawn figures are suffering from some kind of breakdown of the plastic pieces used to make them. I have many figures breaking at the joints, even if I just pick them up. This one broke at the abdomen joint. I really liked these toys for years but I can’t believe they are disintegrating like this.
Of the McFarlane Dark ages series, this figure is the heaviest and sturdiest. Even the weapons he comes with are more durable than most. He is solid, heavy, and well designed. Although he is designed well, mine will not stand on his own, while holding the weapons. With out the weapons he stands fine though a little bent at the waist.
This is not a child’s toy, it has sharp points, and is very gruesome to look at (his skin is rotting flesh).
His look is good, although his head is a bit smaller than I would have liked. The weapons are well made and very realistic. This is one of my favorites of the series.
